Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in landscaping or related industry preferred
  • Proven experience managing budgets and finances
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently within a franchise system
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to maintain client relationships and manage accounts

Job Duties

  • Responsible for all budgets including labor, material, and admin
  • manage account receivables
  • review monthly reports and understand the profit and loss statements
  • understand cash flow
  • establish and maintain a client contact log
  • maintain client survey programs
  • act as primary client contact person
  • establish maintenance and enhancement budgets with clients
  • participate in local client driven activities
  • develop and implement recruiting strategy
  • perform supervisory training for key employees
  • coordinate and communicate concerns between field and office
  • responsible for crew morale and develop morale boosters
  • ensure compliance with all safety programs
  • act as or supervise branch safety officer
  • monitor local, state and federal safety laws including OSHA
  • manage the Hazcom program and MSDS sheets for shop and vehicles
