Job Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in a previous supervisory or management role with quick service restaurants with some or total profit and loss responsibilities
- proven ability to lead, manage and motivate a team
- proficiency in oral and written communication to be effective with predominantly English-speaking guests and team members
- intermediate computer skills including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Drive combined team performance in back of house and front of house towards daily excellence in execution and guest service
- create a positive work environment to promote sales and retention of top talent
- manage financial and operational performance to meet and exceed company goals and metrics
- promote guest service proactively and handle guest recovery on restaurant-level issues and complaints
- source, solicit, interview, and select top talent from internal and external candidates
- lead through performance management, training, coaching, and role modeling of service standards and policies
- maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing sanitation, safety regulations and disaster plans
- complete other duties as assigned by area manager
- obtain SERV Safe Certification within 90 days of hire
