  • previous experience in restaurant leadership or management
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • passion for team development
  • ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • fluency in the primary language(s) of the restaurant location

  • business knowledge including p&l management, food safety, sales forecasting, and staffing

  • oversee restaurant operations and manage profit and loss

  • assist in various operational tasks as needed
