Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading operations teams and budgets
- Background in fitness healthcare hospitality retail or human services
- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with accountability data and performance goals

- Ability to think creatively and adapt quickly in a growing environment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field preferred
- 3+ years of experience leading operations teams and budgets
- Experience in fitness healthcare hospitality retail or human services

Job Duties
- Lead daily operations of the adaptive fitness center ensuring high-quality service and care
- Oversee the budget and P&L driving sustainable revenue growth and operational health
- Supervise mentor and develop staff while fostering a supportive accountable team culture
- Build proactive systems for safety compliance and risk management
- Partner with internal teams to grow memberships and community partnerships
- Design engaging programs that respond to community needs including clinics camps and social programs
- Serve as a visible trusted presence for members families and community partners
