Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations of the adaptive fitness center ensuring high-quality service and care
  • Oversee the budget and P&L driving sustainable revenue growth and operational health
  • Supervise mentor and develop staff while fostering a supportive accountable team culture
  • Build proactive systems for safety compliance and risk management
  • Partner with internal teams to grow memberships and community partnerships
  • Design engaging programs that respond to community needs including clinics camps and social programs
  • Serve as a visible trusted presence for members families and community partners
