Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in a previous supervisory or management role with the QSR with some if not total profit and loss responsibilities or impact
  • Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate a team
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication to effectively be a team leader and member with predominantly English-speaking guests and team members
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in the QSR industry
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in oral and written communications in English
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to positively motivate and retain a team
  • Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety compliance

Job Duties

  • Drive combined team performance in BOH and FOH towards daily excellence in execution and great guest service
  • Create a positive work environment to promote sales and retention of top talent
  • Manage financial and operational performance to meet and exceed location and company goals
  • Promote guest service proactively and handle guest recovery on restaurant-level issues and complaints
  • Source, interview, and select top talent to fulfill current and future staffing needs
  • Lead by example through performance management, training, coaching, and positive role modeling
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing sanitation standards and complying with legal regulations
  • Complete other duties as assigned by Area Manager
  • Obtain SERV Safe Certification within 90 days of hire
