Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior leadership role experience required
  • 4-6 years prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • knowledge of health and safety standards
  • capability to manage multiple priorities
  • ability to be a role model in appearance and conduct

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior leadership experience in the restaurant industry
  • 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining environments preferred
  • knowledge of restaurant operations and safety regulations
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in basic business math and computer literacy
  • capability to manage multiple projects and build effective teams
  • ability to model professional behavior and maintain presentation standards

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staff supervision and execution of company policies
  • recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
  • appraise employee performance and administer rewards or disciplinary actions
  • maintain a safe and hospitable restaurant atmosphere
  • coach and mentor team members for successful job performance and guest satisfaction
  • oversee financial aspects such as food and labor cost control, inventory management, and budget adherence
  • enforce compliance with OSHA, health, and safety regulations
  • monitor daily activities to ensure food quality and cleanliness standards
  • implement sales building and suggestive selling strategies
  • maintain company assets and facilities
  • address guest complaints and resolve service issues
  • manage schedules to optimize labor and sales
  • perform other duties as assigned
