Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership role experience required
- 4-6 years prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- knowledge of health and safety standards
- capability to manage multiple priorities
- ability to be a role model in appearance and conduct

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff supervision and execution of company policies
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- appraise employee performance and administer rewards or disciplinary actions
- maintain a safe and hospitable restaurant atmosphere
- coach and mentor team members for successful job performance and guest satisfaction
- oversee financial aspects such as food and labor cost control, inventory management, and budget adherence
- enforce compliance with OSHA, health, and safety regulations
- monitor daily activities to ensure food quality and cleanliness standards
- implement sales building and suggestive selling strategies
- maintain company assets and facilities
- address guest complaints and resolve service issues
- manage schedules to optimize labor and sales
- perform other duties as assigned
