Job Duties
- Achieve associate engagement, resident loyalty, and high financial performance
- effectively manage all operational areas of the community
- ensure that residents receive appropriate care
- conduct community business planning and forecasting
- achieve results for revenue growth and expense management
- create and manage the operating and CapEx budgets
- manage vendor relationships
- execute and support the Sales Leadership process
- apply knowledge of the competition and industry trends
- improve and/or redesign pricing, programs, and services
- create and implement a sales and marketing plan to achieve occupancy and NOI growth
- adhere to and ensure compliance with all regulations (e.g., worker's compensation, Assisted Living regulations, OSHA)
