Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum three years of management experience
  • Experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency with payroll and employee scheduling tools
  • Commitment to ongoing training and compliance
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or higher
  • Proven track record of B2B sales success
  • Three to five years of management experience
  • Passionate about fitness, athletic achievement, and wellness
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to deliver action plans from metrics
  • Experience processing payroll and creating schedules
  • Leadership skills and team player attitude
  • Ability to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals
  • Commitment to ethics and integrity

Job Duties

  • Lead performance management activities including goal setting, coaching, career development, and reviews
  • Assist in selecting and developing high-performance employees
  • Partner with corporate HR to recruit potential employees
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and compliance
  • Enforce store policies and productivity standards
  • Manage employee schedules and payroll auditing
  • Conduct staff meetings and communicate promotions and goals
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and secure store environment
  • Improve operational execution and oversee equipment maintenance
  • Collaborate with supervisor to optimize store performance
  • Drive sales through memberships, packages, and retail
  • Establish local community partnerships and participate in wellness events
  • Lead team in product knowledge and sales goals
  • Manage social media and marketing campaigns
  • Represent and promote Restore’s brand values and culture
