Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum three years of management experience

- Proven track record of B2B sales success
- Three to five years of management experience

- Experience processing payroll and creating schedules
- Leadership skills and team player attitude
- Ability to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals

Job Duties
- Lead performance management activities including goal setting, coaching, career development, and reviews
- Assist in selecting and developing high-performance employees
- Partner with corporate HR to recruit potential employees
- Oversee onboarding, training, and compliance
- Enforce store policies and productivity standards
- Manage employee schedules and payroll auditing
- Conduct staff meetings and communicate promotions and goals
- Maintain a safe, clean, and secure store environment
- Improve operational execution and oversee equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with supervisor to optimize store performance
- Drive sales through memberships, packages, and retail
- Establish local community partnerships and participate in wellness events
- Lead team in product knowledge and sales goals
- Manage social media and marketing campaigns
- Represent and promote Restore’s brand values and culture
