Job Duties

  • Develops restaurant operating plans in conjunction with the District Manager to achieve business growth and guest satisfaction
  • plans, schedules, and analyzes staffing and future management needs ensuring development and training of employees
  • exercises discretion in addressing changing business demands
  • ensures menu items are prepared and served according to brand standards
  • maintains proper inventory levels and efficient ordering processes
  • ensures guest satisfaction through operational execution and enforcement of service standards
  • maintains compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • manages safety, sanitation, preventive maintenance, and security requirements
  • promotes and embodies company values with a focus on safety
  • manages controllable expenses including labor, food costs, and maintenance
  • analyzes financial reports and implements improvement plans
  • monitors local market trends and implements marketing programs
  • creates a positive work environment with open communication and addresses employee relations issues
