Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Class A member of PGA or LPGA
- Experience in club or facility management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
- Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Physical ability to stand, walk, occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, crouch, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and moderate noise
- Ability to read and speak English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Job Duties
- Prepares and monitors annual budget, revenue goals and expenses
- generates business volume forecasts
- Monitors monthly and other financial reports and takes corrective action when necessary
- Works alongside owner representatives to ensure club success
- Establishes and monitors personnel policies, training and professional development
- Ensures Human Resources procedures and policies are followed
- Develops and administers organizational plans and initiates improvements
- Oversees care and maintenance of facility’s physical assets
- Manages Food & Beverage department organization
- Implements policies and procedures ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Interviews, hires, trains, plans, assigns, directs and evaluates staff
- Addresses complaints and resolves problems
- Directly manages department heads including Director of Golf, Golf Course Superintendent, Membership Director, Director of Engineering, and Food & Beverage Director
- Ensures effective orientation and ongoing training for associates
