Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 4am
  • Experience in restaurant management preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and cash handling
  • Skilled in recruiting and training team members
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Qualifications

  • One to three years of prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Experience managing food cost goals and labor targets
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Prior exposure to profit and loss analysis is valuable
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Oversee all store operations and treat the store as your own
  • Manage early morning bake and store opening
  • Ensure store is audit ready and all orders are efficiently executed
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Flexibly work all positions during peak hours and manage employee breaks
  • Conduct closing procedures including scheduling, ordering, inventory, and bank deposits
  • Recruit, train, and develop store team members
