Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Ability to work minimum 5 days and 50 hours weekly
  • Open availability including nights and weekends
  • Willingness to work varying schedules with Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays included
  • Capability to work at any location on the island
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must obtain a tuberculosis clearance certificate
  • Physical and/or medical fitness to perform role
  • Commitment to comply with government laws and company policies

Job Duties

  • Prioritize and coordinate restaurant activities to maximize sales and profitability
  • Ensure 100% shift coverage with capable management and staff
  • Develop and maintain active succession plans for key positions
  • Promote employee morale through fair treatment and timely performance evaluations
  • Ensure strict compliance with government laws and company policies
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and financial reporting with accuracy
  • Deliver attentive, hospitable customer service and maintain food quality and cleanliness
  • Maintain and repair physical assets to prevent liabilities
  • Enforce safety rules and cultivate a safety-first culture
  • Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
