Job Requirements
- 5 plus years of proven experience in restaurant management preferably in hospitality or food industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Bilingual to Spanish or Cantonese preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in financial management including budgeting and cost control
- Familiarity with food safety standards and health regulations
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management preferably with 5 plus years in the hospitality or food industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver outstanding results
- Bilingual to Spanish or Cantonese preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers staff and vendors
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting P and L analysis and cost management
- Knowledge of food safety standards health regulations and compliance requirements
- A passion for food and hospitality with a customer-centric approach
Job Duties
- Lead and manage day-to-day restaurant operations including staffing inventory management and quality control
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards to create a welcoming and memorable dining experience
- Oversee budgeting cost control measures and profitability analysis to drive financial success
- Recruit train and mentor team members to promote a culture of excellence teamwork and professional growth
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotions events and community engagement strategies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations food safety standards and company policies
