Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Leadership experience required
- Minimum 4-6 years restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements
- Ability to stand for entire shifts and walk long distances
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, and use hands for various tasks
- Ability to taste, smell, and verbally communicate
- Vision capabilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception
- Physical ability to access all restaurant areas
- Commitment to safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food or casual dining restaurant strongly preferred
- College or culinary schooling preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA and health safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Dedication to exceptional guest service
- Proficiency in computer skills

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations according to company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work schedules
- Appraise employee performance and administer rewards or discipline including termination
- Resolve employee complaints and operational issues
- Foster a positive restaurant culture with high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a friendly, hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and anticipated variances to management team
- Implement corporate programs and initiatives
- Assist team members as needed
- Drive sales through suggestive selling and sales-building activities
- Maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- Greet guests and address food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and company policies
- Promote safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- Manage schedules using company labor tools
- Maintain restaurant equipment and facility
- Undertake other duties as assigned
