Job Requirements

  • Work a flexible full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be available to close the store at least once per week
  • Attend corporate meetings and conferences, including overnight stays and interstate travel
  • Maintain valid identification for airline travel
  • Ability to frequently use computer and telephonic devices
  • Capable of continuous mobility throughout the store during shifts
  • Frequent bending, pushing, reaching, twisting, and lifting up to 25 lbs
  • Continuous walking, coordination and manipulation of objects
  • Must engage in interactive process for reasonable accommodations if disability prevents performance

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant experience
  • Proven experience in driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses
  • Demonstrated ability in monitoring inventory, achieving operational excellence, driving a service culture, and executing merchandising directives
  • Experience in attracting, developing, and motivating a diverse team
  • Proficient with Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Effective organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to react under pressure with good judgment and adaptability

Job Duties

  • Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and retail shrink goals
  • Drive company profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control
  • Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to support scheduling needs to maximize productivity and achieve sales and payroll goals
  • Address issues identified through financial and operational reporting, store visits, and audits to drive profitability
  • Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to enhance sales and guest experience
  • Attract, hire, and retain a diverse team of talent and address staffing needs
  • Lead manager and associate development including training, coaching, performance reviews, succession planning, and individual development plans
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, standards, and dress code
  • Use scheduling and task management tools to optimize operations and execute store workload
  • Protect company assets and minimize loss through adherence to loss prevention and inventory control processes
  • Support continuous improvement by promoting adoption of initiatives and technology
  • Communicate business trends, operational challenges, merchandise needs, and competitive landscape to field leadership
