Job Requirements
- work a flexible, full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- availability to close the store at least once per week
- attend corporate meetings and conferences requiring overnight stays and travel
- maintain valid identification for airline travel
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience
- proven success in financial management including sales growth, payroll budgeting, and expense control
- experience in retail management overseeing inventory, operational excellence, service culture, and merchandising
- leadership experience attracting, developing, and motivating talent
- proficient with point of sale systems, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities
- exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
- ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change
Job Duties
- promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink goals
- drive company profitability through operational excellence and expense control
- leverage store forecasting and payroll budgets to maximize productivity
- address financial and operational issues to achieve store goals
- perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to enhance guest experience
- stay informed on industry trends, products, and services
- maintain prompt, regular attendance and enforce store attendance policies
