Job Requirements

  • work a flexible, full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • availability to close the store at least once per week
  • attend corporate meetings and conferences requiring overnight stays and travel
  • maintain valid identification for airline travel

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience
  • proven success in financial management including sales growth, payroll budgeting, and expense control
  • experience in retail management overseeing inventory, operational excellence, service culture, and merchandising
  • leadership experience attracting, developing, and motivating talent
  • proficient with point of sale systems, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities
  • exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
  • ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change

Job Duties

  • promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink goals
  • drive company profitability through operational excellence and expense control
  • leverage store forecasting and payroll budgets to maximize productivity
  • address financial and operational issues to achieve store goals
  • perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to enhance guest experience
  • stay informed on industry trends, products, and services
  • maintain prompt, regular attendance and enforce store attendance policies
