  • must be at least 18 years old
  • previous general manager experience running high volume locations
  • experience in quick service restaurants preferred
  • ability to lead and develop teams
  • strong organizational and planning skills
  • ability to meet high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
  • set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • lead and coach Department Managers to improve their departments
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • monitor progress towards goals and provide direction
  • manage staffing, scheduling, and supervision
  • maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
