Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing food production, guest service, and directing crew and manager work
- Plan and manage all people processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
- Train, coach, and motivate team members and managers
- Plan and make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budget, and food ordering costs
- Ensure food safety measures comply with McDonald’s standards of excellence
- Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
- Oversee all operational needs including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards
