Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years QSR experience with 2+ years in a leadership position
- valid driver's license
- ability to lift 10-50 lbs
- ability to speak and hear clearly on telephone and in-person
- ability to operate a computer such as desktop or tablet

Job Duties
- Maintain fast, accurate service
- provide excellent customer service
- model restaurant hospitality responding to guest questions, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- train, develop, coach, and evaluate employee performance
- maximize store sales goals versus budget including participation in marketing programs
- oversee and partner on increasing catering sales
- train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
- work with the leadership team to meet sales goals
- manage food and labor costs
- execute company policies and procedures ensuring compliance with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- monitor food inventory levels and order product when necessary
- manage and maintain safe working conditions
- manage employees in a manner that encourages growth and reduces turnover
- focus on long term sales growth initiatives
- be responsible for new hire lifecycle including interview, selection and training
- anticipate and identify problems and initiate corrective action
- ensure continual improvement of quality, service, and cleanliness
- identify and develop internal candidates for management and shift lead positions
