Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience managing a team of 20 or more employees
- Ability to adhere to legal and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills

Job Duties
- Maximize restaurant sales and profit goals versus budget and prior year
- Ensure HQSC standards are met or exceeded
- Develop subordinates, build bench, execute proper concept training
- Champion Wendy's operating systems
- Lead and direct daily activities of 20-50 employees
- Follow Federal, State and local laws
- Coach and train employees effectively
