Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Proficiency with operational tools and inventory systems
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Positive attitude and integrity

Job Duties

  • Hire, develop, and lead store team to provide excellent guest experience
  • Use operational tools like Profit and Loss Statement, Daily Business Review, Cash and Deposit Log, and inventory management tools
  • Manage supplier relationships and inventory
  • Review store environment and KPIs to identify problems and opportunities
  • Manage daily cash activities and deposits
  • Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and brand standards
  • Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
  • Implement company programs through action planning
  • Develop local marketing plans and community outreach
  • Recognize and reinforce team accomplishments
  • Collaborate with Operations, Training, HR, and Marketing teams
