Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience preferred
- Proficiency with operational tools and inventory systems
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Hire, develop, and lead store team to provide excellent guest experience
- Use operational tools like Profit and Loss Statement, Daily Business Review, Cash and Deposit Log, and inventory management tools
- Manage supplier relationships and inventory
- Review store environment and KPIs to identify problems and opportunities
- Manage daily cash activities and deposits
- Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and brand standards
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
- Implement company programs through action planning
- Develop local marketing plans and community outreach
- Recognize and reinforce team accomplishments
- Collaborate with Operations, Training, HR, and Marketing teams
