Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior management experience in a restaurant or fast-food environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills

Job Duties

  • Lead the experience by managing food production, guest service, and crew and manager work
  • Plan and manage all People processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance management, training, coaching, and motivating
  • Make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budget, and food ordering costs
  • Ensure food safety measures are maintained to McDonald's standards
  • Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
  • Oversee all restaurant operational needs including maintenance plans to meet standards of excellence
