Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior management experience in a restaurant or fast-food environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing food production, guest service, and crew and manager work
- Plan and manage all People processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance management, training, coaching, and motivating
- Make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budget, and food ordering costs
- Ensure food safety measures are maintained to McDonald's standards
- Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
- Oversee all restaurant operational needs including maintenance plans to meet standards of excellence
