Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work activities
- Appraise performance and administer rewards and disciplinary actions
- Shape restaurant culture to ensure employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior to create a warm and hospitable environment
- Communicate sales performance and business updates to staff
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Promote sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- Greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- Maintain operational efficiency and cost control
- Ensure OSHA, health, safety, and security compliance
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness
- Control cash handling, inventory, and scheduling
- Manage food, labor, and carryout costs
- Ensure proper use of equipment and maintenance of company assets
- Perform other duties as assigned
