Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 4 years leadership experience
- prior restaurant management experience preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- basic business math proficiency
- basic computer literacy
- ability to manage multiple tasks
- ability to maintain professional appearance
- availability for varied shifts
- compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- capability to perform job duties including reaching, bending, and verbal communication
- willingness to uphold high standards of guest service and safety.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience in a restaurant setting
- 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- excellent planning, organization, and analytical problem-solving abilities
- dedication to guest service
- basic business math and accounting knowledge
- proficiency in computer skills
- exceptional team building and mentoring capabilities
- ability to handle multiple projects
- role model in appearance and presentation

- college or culinary schooling preferred.
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work activities
- appraise employee performance and manage rewards and discipline including termination
- address employee complaints and resolve problems
- foster a positive restaurant culture and high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and maintain a hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and variances
- implement corporate programs and initiatives
- assist team members with job duties when needed
- champion sales building and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover and sales per guest and hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- maintain efficient operations with cost controls and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- manage P&L including food, labor, and carryout cost control
- follow recipes and portion control
- optimize weekly employee schedules
- maintain restaurant equipment and facility
- perform all other assigned duties.
