Job Requirements
- have 3 to 5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity or equivalent education
- display strong excellent and effective people oriented relationship skills
- ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and prepare sandwiches
- display drive determination punctuality and responsibility in scheduled shifts
- possess valid driver’s license and insurance with an adequate driving record
- ability to work flexible hours and independently with diverse personalities
- complete a satisfactory background check
- be at least 18 years old
- ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast paced environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Inspire and support team members to provide excellent customer service
- generate weekly schedules to ensure adequate restaurant capacity
- maintain a positive and inviting family culture through coaching and hiring
- oversee inventory and routine ordering to meet customer demand
- ensure cleanliness and safety following maintenance and food safety guidelines
- adapt to support team roles and address customer and employee concerns
- execute marketing plans accurately and timely
- review profit and loss statements and collaborate with District Manager to solve problems
- foster positive relationships with customers and coworkers
- maintain a fun and engaging work atmosphere
