- bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of management experience in full service restaurant operations
- ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong problem-solving skills
- excellent communication abilities
- ability to lead and motivate teams
- familiarity with food and beverage operations
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift with assistance
