Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of management experience in full service restaurant operations
  • ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to lead and motivate teams
  • familiarity with food and beverage operations
  • physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift with assistance

Job Duties

  • generate and monitor center revenue
  • be an operational pro managing daily floor operations
