Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants preferred
- College or culinary schooling preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA and health and safety regulations
- Ability to stand for entire shifts and walk long periods without rest
- Ability to lift, push, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Good visual and sensory abilities including color vision and depth perception
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work schedules
- Appraise employee performance and administer rewards or disciplinary actions including termination
- Address complaints and resolve problems effectively
- Cultivate a positive restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance job performance and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and maintain a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and operational goals to the management team
- Assist staff with duties as needed
- Promote sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Greet guests and investigate food quality or service issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain efficient operations with appropriate cost controls and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company safety policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors for staff and guests
- Monitor daily activities to uphold food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- Manage P&L including food and labor expenses
- Oversee equipment use and facility maintenance
- Perform additional duties as assigned
