Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior leadership role experience required
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
  • Knowledge of OSHA, local health and safety codes
  • Ability to enforce safety policies
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate staff
  • Basic business math and accounting knowledge
  • Computer literacy
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations and staff in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
  • plan, assign, and direct work

  • Shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction

  • Assist team members with category job duties as needed
  • Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • Meet and greet guests
  • resolve food quality and service issues
  • Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety codes, and company policies
  • Enforce safe work behaviors
  • Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Control cash, inventory, food, and labor costs
  • Manage food cost, labor cost, carryout cost, and other controllable items
  • Conduct weekly inventory and optimize employee schedules
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and assets
  • Perform all other assigned duties
