Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership role experience required
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- Knowledge of OSHA, local health and safety codes
- Ability to enforce safety policies
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate staff
- Basic business math and accounting knowledge
- Computer literacy
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations and staff in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees

- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests

- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety codes, and company policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash, inventory, food, and labor costs

- Conduct weekly inventory and optimize employee schedules
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and assets
