Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a 50-yard swim test
  • Lifeguard CPR and AED certification
  • Certified Pool Operator certification required for management
  • Availability to work weekday evenings and weekends
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to create and maintain a positive and nurturing environment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous management experience
  • Lifeguard CPR and AED certification or ability to obtain
  • Ability to pass basic swim test (50 yards)
  • Certified Pool Operator certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with scheduling and administrative tasks
  • Commitment to the company’s core values and mission

Job Duties

  • Train, manage and motivate the swim school team
  • Coordinate and review class schedules
  • Guide new team members and families through their first days
  • Ensure school is set up for success at every lesson
  • Provide positive staff culture with open and honest communication
  • Lead daily operations according to standard procedures
  • Achieve quarterly and annual enrollment goals and implement corrective plans if off track
