Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a 50-yard swim test
- Lifeguard CPR and AED certification
- Certified Pool Operator certification required for management
- Availability to work weekday evenings and weekends
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to create and maintain a positive and nurturing environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous management experience
- Lifeguard CPR and AED certification or ability to obtain
- Ability to pass basic swim test (50 yards)
- Certified Pool Operator certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with scheduling and administrative tasks

Job Duties
- Train, manage and motivate the swim school team
- Coordinate and review class schedules
- Guide new team members and families through their first days
- Ensure school is set up for success at every lesson
- Provide positive staff culture with open and honest communication
- Lead daily operations according to standard procedures
- Achieve quarterly and annual enrollment goals and implement corrective plans if off track
