Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience as general manager in high-volume full-service restaurant
- strong understanding of p&l and budgeting
- excellent leadership and team management skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- manage kitchen and front of house operations
- oversee bar area operations
- maintain high quality of food preparation and service
- enforce sanitary and cleanliness standards
- control food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs
- complete accurate financial and payroll administrative duties
- order food, linens, gloves and other supplies within budget
- estimate food and beverage costs and work with corporate office for efficient purchasing
- supervise portion control to minimize waste
- ensure compliance with laws and company policies
- maintain professional restaurant image and staff appearance
