Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Access to a vehicle insured for delivery use
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check meeting company standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Capability to lift and stack up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to crouch, squat, stoop, bend and use stairs as needed
- Navigational skills to locate and deliver to various addresses including multi-story residences
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Comfortable using keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle technology
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work under stress and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Competency in using computer systems and point-of-sale technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make ethical decisions quickly and effectively
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team toward common goals
Job Duties
- Being responsible for all store operations during your shift including cost control, inventory control, cash management and customer relations
- Leading and motivating team members by setting a positive example
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Managing staffing, scheduling and maintaining food safety and store cleanliness standards
- Preparing products to Domino’s specifications and managing equipment operation and maintenance
- Communicating effectively with customers, taking orders, and handling concerns with a positive attitude
- Monitoring and enhancing driver performance and safety through company tools and guidelines
