Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in a previous supervisory or management role with quick-service restaurant with some or total P&L responsibilities or impact
  • Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate a team
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication to effectively be a team leader and member with predominantly English-speaking guests and team members
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Office Excel, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Drive combined team performance in BOH and FOH towards daily excellence in execution and guest service
  • Create a positive spirit of pride and fellowship across the team and work environment
  • Promote guest service proactively and handle guest recovery regarding restaurant-level issues and complaints
  • Work with the GM to solicit, interview, and select top talent from external, internal, and referred candidates
  • Understand and manage financial and operational performance to meet and exceed goals
  • Lead by example through performance management, coaching, and role modeling service and company policies
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing sanitation standards and complying with regulations
