Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Progressive experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or service industry preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must meet legal age to serve alcoholic beverages at select properties
- Willing to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be proficient in Windows operating systems and company-approved spreadsheets and word processing
- Must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must have ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well under pressure and maintain composure
- Must have listening, conflict resolution and hospitality skills
- Must be attentive to detail and meet deadlines

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily and use their names to ensure they feel welcomed
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Conduct daily supervision walks including guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and equipment functionality
- Oversee onboarding, training, coaching, and development of team members
- Ensure accurate completion of operational checklists and shift handover reports
- Manage inventory, purchase orders, and invoice processing according to policy
