Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven leadership experience in the foodservice industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Commitment to a people-first leadership style
- Ability to comply with all federal, state and local regulations
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management or related leadership role
- Strong coaching and training skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of 20-50 employees
- Knowledge of foodservice operations and quality standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Understanding of federal, state and local compliance requirements
Job Duties
- Maximize restaurant sales and profit goals versus budget and prior year
- Ensure HQSC standards are met or exceeded
- Develop subordinates, build bench, execute proper concept training
- Champion Wendy's operating systems
- Lead and direct daily activities of 20-50 employees
- Follow federal, state and local laws
- Foster a people-first leadership approach
