Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant leadership roles
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- Compliance with state age requirements for alcohol service where applicable
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform various physical tasks
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to be a role model for employees
- Willingness to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to access all areas of the restaurant
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work while appraising performance
- Reward and discipline employees including termination
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape restaurant culture ensuring high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to guarantee job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior fostering a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and anticipated variances to management team
- Cascade corporate programs and initiatives to staff
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure OSHA, health, safety codes, and company policies are met
- Enforce safe work behaviors to maintain safety for guests and crew
- Monitor daily activities ensuring quality food and cleanliness standards
- Control day-to-day operations including cash management, inventory, schedules, and financial reviews
- Manage P&L by controlling food, labor, and carryout costs
- Follow recipes and portion control
- Conduct weekly inventory process
- Optimize weekly labor schedules and monitor sales performance
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and assets
- Perform all other assigned duties
