Job Duties
- recruit train and develop store employees to ensure high performance and engagement
- schedule and supervise staff to maintain optimal coverage and productivity
- conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
- promote a positive results-driven culture that reflects company values
- ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations and operational procedures
- monitor daily operations to achieve efficiency and cost control
- maintain a clean organized and safe store and backroom environment
- coordinate delivery of inbound product to ensure backroom can process enough inventory to keep the store properly stocked
- drive sales performance to meet and exceed company goals
- analyze sales reports and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- ensure an exceptional customer experience by providing leadership training and support to staff
- resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
- manage store budgets and payroll
- identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising service or quality
- oversee product displays signage and promotions in accordance with company standards
- coordinate with regional and corporate teams on product needs and marketing initiatives
