Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, and lift 50+ pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly stressed environment
  • Current ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • Food Handler Permit as required by local laws
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to write simple correspondence in English
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to train and develop new hires
  • Occasional long working hours consistent with labor laws

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • BA/BS degree in business or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful management experience
  • Experience in coaching and developing retail teams
  • Direct profit and loss accountability experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
  • Background in nutrition highly desirable

Job Duties

  • Hiring and staffing team members to meet Jamba profile requirements
  • Developing and training subordinates on product knowledge, service standards, and sales techniques
  • Managing total quality by reviewing business practices, scheduling, and performance monitoring
  • Exercising managerial courage by addressing performance issues and resolving disputes
  • Building team spirit through leadership, meetings, and fostering a productive environment
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards
  • Leading marketing and community relations efforts
