  • 1-2 years prior restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Knowledge of profit and loss management
  • Excellent time management skills

Job Duties

  • Drive profitability by managing profit and loss statements, monitor cash flow, labor, and food costs
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, employment laws, and company policies
  • Optimize staff scheduling and manage labor efficiently
  • Maintain food and health safety protocols and operational standards
  • Lead team recruitment, training, and development programs
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences with accurate orders and friendly service
  • Uphold quality control through consistent product quality and cleanliness
