Job Requirements
- Minimum six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year General Manager experience with another concept
- Recommendation by current Area Manager if lacking required experience
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to calculate and analyze data
- Must demonstrate effective leadership skills
- Ability to communicate with all organizational levels
- Computer literate
- Ability to interpret Profit and Loss Statements
Job Qualifications

- Directing the daily operations of a restaurant
- Ensuring compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery
- Maintaining excellent customer relations
- Overseeing restaurant maintenance and repair
- Managing inventory effectively
- Leading and managing the restaurant team
- Recruiting and retaining team members
- Maintaining financial accountability
- Interpreting Profit and Loss Statements
- Performing other duties as required or assigned
