Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of restaurant management experience
- Dependable and punctual
- Neat, clean and professional appearance
- Up-beat and engaging personality
- Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
- Highly collaborative nature
- Exhibit a sense of urgency
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent math skills including basic computations and ability to apply basic algebra
- Ability to travel to other restaurants and meetings as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting 25-50 lbs

Job Duties
- Provide vision and leadership to crew, shift supervisors and restaurant managers
- Ensure every customer’s expectations are exceeded
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
- Develop and mentor team members to enhance skills and performance
- Monitor and reinforce food safety procedures
- Maximize store sales and profit goals
- Maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards
- Protect Wendy’s brand and assets
- Address and resolve operational problems promptly
- Participate in marketing programs to drive sales
