Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of restaurant management experience
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Neat, clean and professional appearance
  • Up-beat and engaging personality
  • Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
  • Highly collaborative nature
  • Exhibit a sense of urgency
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent math skills including basic computations and ability to apply basic algebra
  • Ability to travel to other restaurants and meetings as needed
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting 25-50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Provide vision and leadership to crew, shift supervisors and restaurant managers
  • Ensure every customer’s expectations are exceeded
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Develop and mentor team members to enhance skills and performance
  • Monitor and reinforce food safety procedures
  • Maximize store sales and profit goals
  • Maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards
  • Protect Wendy’s brand and assets
  • Address and resolve operational problems promptly
  • Participate in marketing programs to drive sales
