Job Duties
- Oversee all people and operations of the Wendy's restaurant
- Create and maintain a fun and inviting work environment
- Lead and develop the restaurant team focusing on customer service, training, and development
- Manage sales and profit growth by controlling costs and identifying revenue opportunities
- Ensure accountability and consistent performance across the team
- Manage the profit and loss statement to achieve specified profit targets
- Promote food safety and ensure compliance with proper procedures
