Job Requirements

  • Prior full-service restaurant general manager experience
  • Able to work 46-49 hours per week
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations for efficiency and profitability
  • Oversee inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships
  • Control costs related to food, bar, and labor
  • Manage and motivate team members to ensure excellent guest services
  • Teach and coach standards and company policies
  • Plan and schedule shifts ensuring appropriate staffing for anticipated business flow
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and labor law regulations
  • Implement and execute training programs
  • Implement specials and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct interviews, orientation, and onboarding
