Job Requirements
- Prior full-service restaurant general manager experience
- Able to work 46-49 hours per week
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership abilities

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations for efficiency and profitability
- Oversee inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships
- Control costs related to food, bar, and labor
- Manage and motivate team members to ensure excellent guest services
- Teach and coach standards and company policies
- Plan and schedule shifts ensuring appropriate staffing for anticipated business flow
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and labor law regulations
- Implement and execute training programs
- Implement specials and marketing initiatives
- Conduct interviews, orientation, and onboarding
