Job Requirements

  • Degree in hospitality, business, hotel or restaurant management or related field preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and car insurance
  • Certification and recertification through management training programs required
  • Completion of Next Step Management Development program required
  • Minimum 5 years restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and analyze financial statements
  • Proficiency in use of all restaurant equipment
  • Clear and accurate English communication skills
  • Flexibility to work a minimum of 50 hours per week with possible additional hours
  • Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office, Internet, and POS systems

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in hospitality, business, hotel or restaurant management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in financial statement analysis and problem-solving
  • Ability to use all restaurant equipment proficiently
  • Clear written and verbal communication in English
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, Internet, and POS systems
  • Completion of Next Step Management Development program
  • Certification through management training programs
  • Serve Safe Food and/or Serve Safe Alcohol Certification preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and car insurance
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Job Duties

  • Manages the workforce including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management
  • Creates a positive workplace environment aligned with company vision, values, and culture
  • Leads guest experience with quality service and food safety compliance
  • Oversees restaurant profitability through budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and labor management
  • Maintains facility and equipment with preventive maintenance and safety measures
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws related to employment and health regulations
  • Communicates effectively with team members and participates in management development programs
