Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of general management experience in the QSR industry
  • availability to work within opening hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations and federal and state employment laws
  • must have excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of general management experience in the QSR industry
  • MSc or MA in Business or relevant field preferred
  • demonstrated success in financial management and people development
  • excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel

Job Duties

  • Lead the Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives
  • manage hiring, training, and retention efforts to meet sales and profit goals
  • run the restaurant operations with a focus on profitability and efficiency
  • interpret financial statements and manage budgets to influence restaurant profitability
  • ensure compliance with OSHA, EEOC, and federal and state employment laws
  • foster excellent customer relationship management
  • implement business development and growth strategies
