Job Requirements
- Undergraduate college degree or 5 years of relevant leadership or work experience
- 2-3 years of management experience supervising a department, division, site or team
- Proven success in leading, motivating, and empowering a team
- A genuine love for teaching children
- Ability to recognize problems and resolve them on the spot
- Excellent customer service skills - it must be natural for you to want to say yes
- Ability to set goals, create plans and convert plans into action

- Hiring, coaching, leading and inspiring a team - both in aquatics and customer service
- Drive exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction
- Lead by example, working front-line shifts and promoting team development
- Calmly, positively and proactively respond to challenges
- Maintain a clean and safe facility
- Master the teaching curriculum and customer service practices
- Create a caring, fun, friendly and effective work environment
- Create and manage schedules and lead regular team meetings
- Manage employee engagement and retention
- Develop operations team to be industry leaders
- Directly manage key performance indicators to ensure efficient and effective location operation
- Manage and operate a profitable business
