Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience as a hotel general manager
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to perform physical tasks including kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills

Job Duties
- Recruit, train, and motivate hotel staff
- Ensure hotel cleanliness and guest readiness
- Manage guest complaints and reviews

- Assist with housekeeping and shift coverage
- Enforce property emergency procedures
