Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience as a hotel general manager
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills

Job Duties

  • Recruit, train, and motivate hotel staff
  • Ensure hotel cleanliness and guest readiness
  • Manage guest complaints and reviews
  • Control hotel budgets, labor, occupancy, and profit and loss
  • Lead local networking and marketing initiatives
  • Assist with housekeeping and shift coverage
  • Enforce property emergency procedures
