Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- 4-6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining experience preferred
- Ability to stand for entire shifts and walk long periods
- Ability to push, lift, carry, or transfer up to 50 pounds
- Manual dexterity for handling objects and tools
- Ability to bend, stoop, and use sensory abilities such as taste and smell
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively
- Good vision capabilities including close, distance and color vision
- Availability to work varied shifts and weekends
- Compliance with state age requirements for alcohol management positions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work
- Appraise performance and administer rewards or disciplinary actions including termination
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape restaurant culture and promote employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and implement corporate initiatives
- Assist team members with duties as needed
- Champion sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- Meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost control, and profit management
- Ensure OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company policies are met
- Enforce safe work behaviors for guests and crew
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness
- Manage cash control, inventory, food and labor costs
- Control food costs following recipes and portion control
- Optimize schedules using labor scheduling tools
- Maintain equipment and company assets
- Perform other duties as assigned
