Job Requirements

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Successfully pass a background check
  • Must have a reliable source of transportation
  • Availability to work late nights and weekends
  • Ability to work shifts up to 3 am
  • Must uphold all Food Manager safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Food Manager Certification
  • Experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily store operations including staff management, inventory, and ordering
  • Manage financial aspects including cost control, payroll, and sales recording using in-house POS
  • Enforce food safety and sanitation standards ensuring compliance with laws and company policies
  • Maintain restaurant appearance, product quality, and guest satisfaction while addressing complaints promptly
  • Schedule and develop team members through feedback, training, and performance reviews
  • Manage shift planning, security procedures, and safety measures to protect staff and guests
  • Engage with local community and support marketing efforts compliant with brand standards
