Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years successful experience as a hotel general manager
  • experience with Marriott brand preferred
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • strong organizational and detail orientation
  • ability to manage financial performance and budgets
  • knowledge of group and transient sales and forecasting
  • ability to maintain composure and professionalism when addressing guest issues

Job Qualifications

  • Proven success as a General Manager for 3 plus years
  • Marriott brand experience is preferred
  • strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • experience in group and transient sales processes and forecasting

Job Duties

  • Lead marketing and promotion efforts to enhance the property’s reputation
  • manage budgets, financial plans, and statistical records
  • recruit, train, and mentor staff
  • achieve profit and operational targets
  • address guest concerns with professionalism and poise
  • ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements
