Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or store management experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle varied responsibilities and multitask
- Commitment to customer service excellence
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening

- Successful completion of all training modules inclusive of GMIT and Talent Platform training
- Ability to achieve placement in the succession program

Job Duties
- Hire proficient applicants with the right competencies and experience
- Train and develop team members in required training programs
- Manage sales plans, profit margins, payroll, and all controllable expenses
- Ensure execution of all company-developed programs
- Meet or exceed sales budgets and EBITDA goals
- Maintain labor rate and shrinkage targets
- Achieve high customer service standards and mystery shop goals
- Drive customer count increase
- Treat employees and customers respectfully to promote a positive work environment
