Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior retail or store management experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle varied responsibilities and multitask
  • Commitment to customer service excellence
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • Successful completion of all training modules inclusive of GMIT and Talent Platform training
  • Ability to achieve placement in the succession program
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to meet sales and operational goals
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving

Job Duties

  • Hire proficient applicants with the right competencies and experience
  • Train and develop team members in required training programs
  • Manage sales plans, profit margins, payroll, and all controllable expenses
  • Ensure execution of all company-developed programs
  • Meet or exceed sales budgets and EBITDA goals
  • Maintain labor rate and shrinkage targets
  • Achieve high customer service standards and mystery shop goals
  • Drive customer count increase
  • Treat employees and customers respectfully to promote a positive work environment
